We are known for producing high quality, high performing Swiss made timepieces, loved by customers and industry critics alike, with stockists and manufacturing partners around the globe. Our goal is to shake up the expectations of the luxury watch market by producing incredible timepieces at highly competitive price points, and offer a personalised and memorable customer service experience to clients all over the world.
About The Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time, motivated Sales Executive to join a small team in our lux Sydney CBD office. You will be working alongside the director, and our remote Digital advertising and email marketing team members, to help coordinate and develop our B2b and B2c sales funnels, in addition working on our international brand collaborations. You will be handling online customer sales enquiries and shipments. When we are available to travel internationally again, you will be needed for sales and production trips to HK, the US and Switzerland.
This is a GREAT opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a boutique international business with the capacity to grow alongside.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the team you will be responsible for:
- Recognising and Nurturing potential online/in store customers.
- Dealing with sales enquiries with exceptional customer service, through email, instagram and website chat.
- Nurturing and selling new models to our current distributors
- Discovering and nurturing new distributors.
- Achieving team sales targets
- Helping develop an ever-growing sales strategy
- Presenting Creux to brand collaborators, and nurturing partnerships
- Supporting day to day operations.
- International sales and manufacturing travel.
Requirements and Capabilities:
- We are looking for someone who is independent and self motivated.
- Has proven sales experience and a history of meeting target requirements.
- Has an interest in watches or luxury products.
- Is familiar with email and Social media marketing.
- Is well presented, confident and articulate.
- Has great problem solving and analytical skills.
- Possess a great attitude with a genuine excitement to grow with the brand.
- Is familiar with working on ecommerce platforms and CRM’sBenefits:

- Develop business operation skills, and work alongside the Director.
