Actually, that is what we are offering.  Our company offers all 3 services.  Website and Blog Development, Website Set-Up and Launching, and Hosting.  We are more or less making giving a perk for using our service.  If you use our hosting… we’ll make a site for you on our platform.  It’s easy and fast for both of us.  If you terminate hosting with us, then the offer to keep the website that is being offered for you to use our hosting is terminated.  However, the the basic 5 page site that we made for you will be made available to you for $599.00.

Yes!, we advise that you do add your own pictures and logo.  If you need to have a logo created or stock photos let us know.  We have graphic designers on the ready to assist.  

You can keep this site as long as you are with us or you can terminate our hosting agreement and have it outright.  Regardless, you will always have to host the site somewhere.  So, unless you have your own web servers, it may be best to not move the site.  If our company goes out of business (we’re far from that), then we will give you your site outright to do as you see fit.

There are a number of ways we can do this.  One of the best ways for Blogs to stay up to date is to post current articles pertaining to that the site is about.  We set up a service that allows you to pull current articles about your topic from the Internet and post them directly to your site.  Or… you can always write your own content.  Either way will keep your site up to date.

Yes.  In fact updating your own site is not necessary but encouraged.  We are giving you a good starting point.  We will also provide instructions on how to update the template.  However, you always have us around and we discount these services for our personal clients.

The site is free as an agreement to host the site we make for you with us.  With that being said, we can send you the site if you chose to pay for it outright @ $599.00  – for the 5 basic pages.
